|HUBUNGAN IKLIM ORGANISASI DENGAN MOTIVASI KERJA PENGURUS KOTA PPNI SURABAYA|

Organizational management and development are influenced by organizational Climate. It is result of interaction between human and non human resource. Organizational climate influence working motivation, performance, and satisfied. This study was aimed to analyze correlation of organizational climate with working motivation of municipal level official at INNA Surabaya. Design used in this study was cross sectional-content analyze study. The population were 20 municipal level official at INNA Surabaya, all of them were taken sample. The independent variable was organizational climate, and dependent variable was working motivation. Data were collected using structured questionnaire and open question. Data were then analyze using rank spearman test with level significance of d” 0,05. Result showed that organizational climate was 50% condusifless, specially application of giving reward and rule/policy/working procedure were lack. Working motivation was 60% moderate, main activity in their institute was barier and maked organizational activity was side activity. Organizational climate had correlation with working motivation (p=0,001). It can be concluded the organizational climate has correlation with working motivation of municipal level official at INNA Surabaya. Application policy/rule of giving reward, monitoring and guiding by provincial level INNA East Java, improve relationship between INNA and institute management of official, its will make this organizational better.
