Minimal Invasif Urologi
- PCNL (Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy) : prosedur untuk mengeluarkan batu ginjal melalui insisi kecil pada kulit. Prosedur ini digunakan untuk mengeluarkan batu dengan ukuran >2 cm atau batu dengan bentuk ireguler.
- RIRS (Retrograde Intrarenal Surgery) : tindakan pembedahan pada ginjal dengan menggunakan fleksibel ureteroskop melalui saluran kemih. Alat ini dimasukkan melalui urethra lalu ke kandung kemih, kemudian melalui ureter sampai ke posisi dalam ginjal. Metode ini sangat menarik untuk batu ginjal karena tidak ada sayatan
- Laparoskopi
- Laparoskopi Nefrektomi : prosedur untuk mengangkat ginjal yang rusak karena kanker, penyakit atau donor melalui beberapa sayatan kecil.
- Laparoskopi Ureterolitotomi : prosedur untuk mengeluarkan batu dari ureter.
- Laparoskopi Diagnostik UDT : prosedur yang dilakukan pada pasien dengan undesensus testis untuk melihat lokasi testis, ukuran, adanya hernia dan panjang vas deferens.
- Laparoskopi Varicocelectomy : prosedur yang dilakukan untuk menatalaksana varicocele.
- Laparoskopi CAPD : prosedur pemasangan dialisis peritoneal yang dilakukan dengan membuat sayatan kecil di kulit.
- Microsurgery
- PESA (Percutaneous Epididymal Sperm Aspiration) : teknik pengambilan sperma tanpa perlu melakukan insisi.
- TESA (Testicular Sperm Aspiration) : prosedur pengambilan sperma menggunakan jarum kecil ke testis dan mengaspirasi cairan dan jaringan menggunakan tekanan negatif.
- TESE (Testicular Sperm Extraction) : prosedur pengumpulan sperma langsung dari testis yang dilakukan pada pasien dengan sumbatan pada saluran epididimis
- MESA (Microsurgical Epididymal Sperm Aspiration) : prosedur yang dilakukan dengan menginsisi tubulus epididimis dan mengaspirasi cairan yang keluar dari insisi tersebut.
- Vasovasostomi : prosedur untuk mengembalikan aliran sperma melalui vas deferens.
- SWL : tindakan non-invasive yang digunakan untuk tatalaksana batu saluran kencing sehingga jangka waktu rawat inap pasien di rumah sakit lebih pendek dan bisa segera kembali beraktivitas dengan normal.
- Uroflow : studi untuk mengukur laju aliran urin selama berkemih.
- Urodinamik : suatu perangkat pemeriksaan objektif untuk mengetahui fungsi kandung kemih dan merupakan pemeriksaan penunjang yang cukup akurat untuk menentukan jenis dan penyebab gangguan pada saluran kemih bagian bawah, seperti inkontinensia (ngompol) atau retensi urin (tidak bisa berkemih).
- TRUS + Biopsi Prostat : pengambilan sebagian kecil jaringan prostat menggunakan jarum berukuran kecil dengan dibantu ultrasound transrectal.
- Kemoterapi intravesika : terapi dengan memasukkan larutan obat antineoplastik ke dalam kandung kemih yang membuat obat tersebut mengenai dinding kandung kemih.
- Sistoskopi : prosedur medis yang bertujuan untuk memeriksa saluran kemih sistosko
- Perkutan Nefrostomi : prosedur intervensi minimal invasif untuk dekompresi sistem kolektivus renal
- Biopsi Buli : prosedur operasi diagnostik di mana dokter akan mengambil jaringan atau sel sebagai sampel berasal dari kandung kemih pasien yang kemudian dibawa ke laboratorium untuk diuji.
- HoLEP (Holmium Laser Enucleation of the Prostate) : pembedahan laser untuk tatalaksana pasien dengan pembesaran prostat.
- Endopyelotomi : tindakan yang dilakukan untuk menghilangkan sumbatan pada perbatasan ginjal dan ureter.
- Sachse Urethrotomy : prosedur pada pasien dengan penyempitan urethra dimana dilakukan sayatan pada urethra.
- Ureteroskopi : prosedur yang bertujuan untuk memeriksa dan atau menerapi kelainan di ureter.
- Microscopic Varicocelectomy : tatalaksana varicocel yang dilakukan dengan bantuan mikroskop sehingga risiko kegagalannya lebih sedikit.

- Diagnostik: untuk mendeteksi GERD, Gastritis, Luka saluran cerna, keganasan, penyempitan, pelebaran, divertikel, kelainan pembuluh darah.
- Terapi: Pengangkatan polip, pengikatan varices, diltasai, pemasangan stent, hemostatik
- ERCP
- Diagnostik: untuk mengetahui adanya penyempitan atau pelebaran saluran empedu serta ada tidaknya batu atau tumor
- Terapi: Dilatasi saluran empedu, pengambilan batu, pemasangan stent
- Endoskopi ultrasound
- Diagnostik: mendeteksi adanya tumor pada mukosa saluran cerna atas atau pancreas, mendeteksi adanya batu pada saluran empedu
- Terapi: sedang dalam pengembangan
- Kolonoskopi
- Diagnostik: untuk mendeteksi luka pada saluran cerna bagian bawah, tumor, keganasan, diveretike, penyempitan, sumber perdarahan, ambein / haemoroid / wasir

- Endoscopy Anak :
Layanan endoskopi anak telah berjalan dengan jumlah kasus yang meningkat 15-20 kali lipat dalam 10 tahun terakhir. Hampir setiap hari ada kasus anak yang dilakukan tindakan endoskopi baik diagnostik ataupun terapetik. Tindakan endoskopi anak di RSUD Dr Sutomo mencapai 150-200 tindakan pertahun.

Jumlah kunjungan pasien pelayanan minimal invasif urologi tahun 2018 adalah 6.752 pasien.
